We also own several properties including commercial, residential and income and work with investors which keeps us educated and well connected. We primarily serve the South Bay communities including Torrance, Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Lawndale, Gardena, San Pedro as well as Inglewood and the surrounding Los Angeles area.

Owner/broker, Tammy Reyes has been in the property management and real estate business for over 27 years. What began as a family endeavor has evolved into a thriving property management business. Tammy founded the company to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties that had been cherished and owned by her family for generations. Over time, her company has grown to include a dedicated team of real estate agents, office managers, coordinators, and skilled maintenance staff. Tammy's collective commitment is to provide tenants, property owners, and investors with the most professional and efficient property management services available today.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tammy enjoys unwinding on the green through tennis.
Alex Reyes

Alex has a Bachelor's Degree in business from Arizona State University and is a licensed California Real Estate professional who specializes in commercial leasing and commercial center maintenance. He is also a key player on multifamily units throughout the South Bay.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Alex enjoys unwinding on the green through golf and tennis.

Her multifaceted role encompasses various key responsibilities, making her an integral part of the company's success. As a compliance specialist, she ensures that all operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a seamless and compliant workflow.
Coleen excels in managing owner and tenant relations, and understands how the day-to-day tactical details affect the overall harmony of relationships within the company, fostering a positive and productive environment for all involved. Additionally, she manages accounts receivable, ensuring financial matters run smoothly. Beyond her professional life, Coleen, a mother of two girls, finds solace in practicing yoga, unwinding by the ocean, and actively participating in the beach community.
Jasmin Nuño

Jasmin, also a native of the South Bay, has been a valued member of Treasured Properties Management since 2021. Jasmin is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Her bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English enhances her communication abilities with many of our clients. Jasmin’s focus is multifamily properties and is the primary liaison for our 96-unit spotlight property at 3650 Emerald St in Torrance.
Beyond her property management duties, Jasmin is in charge of accounts payables, contributing to the financial stability of our operations. Her excellent vendor communications and relations skills maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with our service providers. Jasmin is a devoted mother of two girls. Her commitment to family is evident in how she manages the demands of her career and her growing family. Whenever she has the opportunity, she enjoys traveling with her loved ones and creating cherished memories along the way.
Judy Armstrong
Judy is an accomplished accountant at Treasured Properties Management, where she specializes in a wide range of financial services, such as bookkeeping, NNN reconciliations, and diverse tax services. Her extensive professional background included roles as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both the public and private sectors, Senior Financial Analyst, and experience in fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations, which included managing major event planning and budgeting.
Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. She proudly represents her fourth-generation Californian heritage, having always resided in Southern California and calling the South Bay home for the past 25 years. In addition to her impressive career, Judy has raised four children, has three dogs, and in her leisure time, she enjoys honing her culinary skills, attending live music concerts, and embarking on exciting journeys around the world.
