At Treasured Properties, Gina takes on a multifaceted role, specializing in residential leasing, sales, and purchasing, ensuring that clients find their dream homes and investment properties. She also plays a vital role in turnover and inspections, and accounts payable, maintaining high-quality standards for all properties managed by the company. Prior to real estate, Gina had an extensive career in marketing communications, public relations, and event management, in both the high-tech and consumer electronics sectors. At Treasured Properties she uses her marketing expertise to manage and execute the company’s marketing strategies. Though she originally hails from the East Coast, growing up in New York and Boston, she has called the South Bay home since 1990. Outside of her real estate career, Gina is an avid photographer and hiker. She is a mom of twin boys and her beloved dog Lucy.

Alex, a recent college graduate in business from Arizona State University, is a licensed California real estate professional who specializes in commercial leasing and commercial center maintenance at Treasured Properties. He is also a key player on multifamily units throughout the south bay.

Coleen, a Hermosa Beach native, has been a valued member of Treasured Properties Management since 2017. Her multifaceted role encompasses various key responsibilities, making her an integral part of the company's success. As a compliance specialist, she ensures that all operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a seamless and compliant workflow. Coleen excels in managing owner and tenant relations, and understands how the day-to-day tactical details affect the overall harmony of relationships within the company, fostering a positive and productive environment for all involved. Additionally, she manages accounts receivable, ensuring financial matters run smoothly. Beyond her professional life, Coleen, a mother of two girls, finds solace in practicing yoga, unwinding by the ocean, and actively participating in the beach community.

Jasmin, also a native of the South Bay, brings a distinctive set of skills and responsibilities to our property management company. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Her bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English enhances her communication abilities with many of our clients. Jasmin’s focus is multifamily properties and is the primary liaison for our 96-unit spotlight property at 3650 Emerald St in Torrance. Her dedication to this property ensures it, as well as all our valued properties, remains a standout in our portfolio [offering residents the best possible living experience]. Beyond her property management duties, Jasmin is in charge of accounts payables, contributing to the financial stability of our operations. Her excellent vendor communications and relations skills maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with our service providers. Jasmin is a devoted mother, with baby number two on the way. Her commitment to family is evident in how she manages the demands of her career and her growing family. Whenever she has the opportunity, she enjoys traveling with her loved ones, creating cherished memories along the way.

Judy is an accomplished accountant at Treasured Properties Management, where she specializes in a wide range of financial services, such as bookkeeping, NNN reconciliations, and diverse tax services. Her extensive professional background included roles as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both the public and private sectors, Senior Financial Analyst, and experience in fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations, which included managing major event planning and budgeting.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. She proudly represents her fourth-generation Californian heritage, having always resided in Southern California and calling the South Bay home for the past 25 years. In addition to her impressive career, Judy has raised four children, has three dogs, and in her leisure time, she enjoys honing her culinary skills, attending live music concerts, and embarking on exciting journeys around the world.
